Bruce Jenyon B.Sc. (Hons.) MRICS Registered Valuer – Managing Director
After gaining his B.Sc. (Hons.) in Urban Estate Surveying in 1986 and qualifying as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1987, Bruce Jenyon worked in London for two years as an Investment Surveyors and Letting Surveyors. At the end of 1988 he moved with his company Jones Lang Wootton to their Frankfurt am Main office in Germany. He was responsible for establishing the valuation department in Germany for Jones Lang Wootton, later Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).
From 1997 Bruce Jenyon was a Partner of the business and responsible for the Advisory Group at JLL. In 2000 he joined Depfa Bank (Aareal Bank) in Wiesbaden as Head of Real Estate Structured Finance.
He founded King Sturge GmbH in Germany as Shareholder and Managing Director, based in Frankfurt am Main. In 2007 he established his own property consultancy business.
